Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of use of this website apply to all visitors and customers and to all commercial transactions carried out through this platform.
By selecting “Yes, I accept the Terms and Conditions” as part of the registration process on the site, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policies. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree with their content.
All the rules described in this document, generically referred to as “Terms”, may be updated regularly and will apply from the moment of publication, with the exception of actions already underway, and any changes will always be communicated.
The Terms and Conditions described here take precedence over any type of communication that may be made via e-mail or any other means of contact. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with the use of the site or the conclusion of the contract. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions entitles Patrícia Brissos to unilaterally terminate any existing relationship that has previously been established in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
Only users aged 18 or over, legally capable of entering into contracts and acting solely in their own name and on their own behalf are permitted to use the website. Any activity or participation by users under the age of 18 is considered illegal and will not be tolerated.
The obligations and responsibilities of the client/user are:
- Not to use the website for any purpose other than to obtain information about the articles and their conditions of sale and/or to purchase them;
- Fill in all contact or order forms and any other forms made available on the website that you use accurately, completely and truthfully;
- Not to use the website or any of the platforms and forms made available through it to disseminate content that is illegal, illicit or offensive to general principles of law, ethics and public order;
- Fully comply with all the conditions of use of the website, as well as transactions and contracts entered into through it.
- In order to order items through the website, the customer/user must click the buy button available in the section of the item they wish to purchase.
Unless otherwise indicated, the price indicated for items is the retail price (including VAT at the rate in force). The price of any purchase made through the site is valid for the day on which the order is placed and paid for.
All data recorded by this site constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between the Seller and the Consumer, and Patrícia Brissos is responsible for archiving the electronic document formalizing the contract and undertakes to keep it accessible.
PLACING ORDERS
- Browse the pages of the site and find the item(s) you wish to purchase;
- On the page of the selected item, click on the button ADD TO CART and choose the form of payment you wish to use.
- Shipping information (postage and delivery time) will be show to you on the checkout page;
- After the payment being made, you will receive final confirmation of your order by email and the delivery time.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods available are
- Multibanco and MB WAY (national payments)
- Bank transfer (international payments)
- Paypal
No other payment method other than those mentioned will be accepted. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed. Once 5 days have passed since the order was placed, if there has been no payment or notice of payment, the order will be canceled.
In the event of non-confirmation of payment or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Patrícia Brissos reserves the right not to accept your order or to cancel it in whole or in part.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
After payment and order confirmation, the indicative delivery time is 10 working days (mainland Portugal), 15 working days (Madeira and Europe) and 20 working days (Azores and Rest of the World). During the festive and vacation seasons, delivery times may change and will be communicated.
The cost of shipping is dependent on the volume, weight and place of destination, so the amount will be indicated during checkout process.
Delivery will be carried out by CTT – Correios de Portugal or by a transport company. If the person responsible is unable to deliver the order, you will receive a notification and the order will be available at the CTT office at your address for the period stipulated in the CTT notification or at the carrier’s collection point.
Some of the data you provide (Name, Address, Postal Code, City) will be shared with CTT – Correios de Portugal or the carrier so that online purchases can be delivered. You will only be contacted if there is a problem with the delivery. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For me, It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may choose to freely withdraw from the contract.
Product exchanges will not be accepted.
Under the terms of Decree-Law 24/2014, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without having to give any reason. However, the consumer does not have the right to freely withdraw from the contract in the event of damage to or loss of the work resulting from shipment.
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or, if they are sent in separate installments, of the last good.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an unequivocal statement to the following email address: p.brissos@gmail.com.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of termination of the contract, you will be refunded the amount paid by the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All items supplied with the item (including its packaging and any accessories) are essential for the eventual return of the item. The item should be returned to:
